What you should know
First and foremost about Barcelona Ads: I do not sell Pagerank (PR). If it is what you are looking for, I am afraid you are in the wrong place.
In any advertisement, other than a sponsorship exclusive page, such as text links or static image banners, the links will have the nofollow attribute.
To further improve my mission of providing valuable information and tips to the reader, I accept advertising and sponsorship requests from high quality organizations related only to the tourism industry. I will refuse any advertisement that I believe is not compatible with my mission.
Advertisers and Sponsors are subject to independent reviews in my site, in order to give the visitor a transparent information, which will help him/her to better decide about a promoted product or service.
A clickable, static image banner will identify a Sponsor in the right sidebar, which in turn provides increased visibility across the site. That means a value added service in a site with over 1,100 pages and steadily growing.
One internal page dedicated exclusively to the sponsor will be linked from the banner. Links to an external web site can be provided from the dedicated page. A special form to upload reviews, pictures, videos and comments is included in the dedicated page. This page must also include a link to the site's Home page, so that viewers may be able to easily return to Barcelona Budget home page.
Sponsored areas of the site will be labeled as such, and the sponsoring organizations will be identified. The corresponding clickable, static image banner-ad, will also be labeled.
I retain the right to decline sponsorship/advertising from any organization or in respect of particular products and services which I consider inappropriate. I will agree with the sponsor the nature and content of the publicity and will retain the right to approve all advertising material.
