Palau Guell
Mr. Guell wanted a new house in Barcelona and commissioned to Gaudi its construction. It is located in a narrow street named Nou de La Rambla, at just few meters from Las Ramblas.

Palau Nacional (National Museum of Catalonian Art)
This beautiful building is located in Montjuic up from the Magic Fountain. It was built in 1929 for the World Fair and rehabilitated in 1992 because of the Olympics.
The official opening as a complete museum, with all collection, took place in 2004.
Joan Miro Foundation

The history of this market begun around the year 1200 as a moving market, near the gate named Pla de la Boqueria in the old city wall.

Plaça Reial
This is a nice square located at one side of Las Ramblas, populated with royal palms and the Tres Gracies fountain with lamps by Gaudi.

Gothic Quarter
This old part of Barcelona City, with its narrow streets, is an attractive quarter whether you go there during day time or by night.
