Finding the main Tourist Office itself can be a little tricky, as it is located underground, but that shouldn’t dissuade you from visiting. It is located in one of the busiest spots in all of the city- Plaza Catalunya (Catalunya Square). The Tourist Office is located underground near the fountain in the southeast corner of the square.
